We offer complimentary delivery within Singapore on all orders of $20 and above. For orders below $20, a flat fee of $5 will be applied at checkout.

We deliver to all locations within Singapore, island-wide.

For security and logistical reasons, we are unable to deliver to certain restricted areas. This includes military camps, protected government zones, and offshore islands (e.g., Pulau Ubin).

If you're unsure whether your address is a restricted zone, please reach out to our customer support team for clarification before placing your order.

Our delivery procedure is simple and transparent. After your order is placed, we follow these steps to get your curated items to you:

1. Order Processing: After successful payment, we take 1-2 business days to carefully prepare your order for delivery.
2. Dispatch & Hand-off: We then hand off your package to our reliable local courier service.
3. Final Delivery: Once dispatched, you should expect to receive your order within 3 to 5 business days.

Please note that our business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
